Khloe flaunted her new figure in a sexy number featuring a shiny white sequined detailing going up her chest and down her shoulders with a backless design.
The dress even featured a maxi skirt with a very high split to the upper thigh as she teamed the look with a pair of nude-coloured patent leather Christian Louboutin heels.
She accessorised the look with a few rings including one on her engagement finger along with a silver bangle.
This her boyfriend's beard though, trying to look like Osama or what?
