Expect a rainy, cloudy Tuesday – NiMet predicts

The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet) has predicted cloudy weather conditions over the central states of the country on Tuesday.

The predictions are contained in the Weather Outlook issued by NiMet’s Central Forecast Office (CFO) on Monday in Abuja.

It stated that there were moderate chances of localised thunderstorms over the high ground areas in the morning and over the entire region during the afternoon and evening hours.

It predicted that the coastal areas would experience localised rains in the morning, with prospect of rain in the afternoon and evening period.
The agency also predicted that inland areas would experience cloudy conditions in the morning, with chances of thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening hours.

It revealed that Northern states would experience cloudy conditions during the forecast period. (NAN)
