A video, which allegedly shows rapper Lil Wayne having sex with not one, but two women at the same time, has hit the web, and it is graphic. Watch it now– if you can handle it.

This one isn’t for the faint of heart. The much-discussed Lil Wayne sex tape may have just leaked, showing the 33-year-old allegedly having sex with two women while wearing nothing but a pair of white socks. Back in September, an unidentified entity had reportedly gotten their hands on the four-minute tape, and had been attempting to shop it around to various media outlets. Now, nearly a month later, it seems as though the alleged video has been bought– and leaked. Does Wayne have the right to sue?

The website, Diary of a Hollywood Street King, dropped a short snippet from the video on Oct. 11, which you can watch HERE.

“Last month, Vivid Entertainment was presented with a four-minute clip of the Lil Wayne sex tape,” the site wrote. “After viewing the sex tape, reps at Vivid immediately called their alliance over at TMZ and sold the story. Everyone knows Wayne’s a source for TMZ. That’s why TMZ immediately got at Wayne, telling him about the story. Once they hipped Wayne, he said, ‘If someone sells a sex tape of me with my socks on, I’ll sue.’”

Setup Timeout Error: Setup took longer than 10 seconds to complete.

The site claims that they plan to release the tape in full “soon,” though did not specify when exactly.

So, if and when the alleged tape does leak in full, what are Wayne’s legal rights? Well, if the tape is authentic, Wayne “didn’t know he was being filmed,” according toTMZ. Furthermore, his rep made it clear that, as for the culprit, “We’ll sue the hell out of them.”

If the tape does turn out to be Lil Wayne, and does leak in full, do you think he should sue?
